Capital Improvement Projects (CIP):

City of South San Francisco

The CIP is the City of South San Francisco’s short and long term plan for projects related to the community’s infrastructure. Project areas include streets, storm drains, sewers, public facilities, parks, and traffic control devices. The CIP provides a link between the City’s General Plan, various master planning documents, and budget; and provides a means for planning, scheduling, and implementing capital improvement projects over the next five years. CIP Projects are unique construction projects that provide improvements or additions such as land, buildings, and infrastructure.

Alluvion is contracted with the City of South San Francisco to serve as its lead biological consulting firm. Services include but not limited to, CEQA/NEPA compliance, biological assessments, pre-construction surveys, special status species monitoring and habitat assessments, biological monitoring and mitigation, construction monitoring, technical studies, permit applications and reporting.
