Alluvion
Partnering and Clients
Alluvion partners with several transportation agencies (most notably Caltrans) to provide environmental monitoring services to projects. We have assisted with roadway improvements, installation of drainage devices, and the replacement of overhead signs on freeways.
South Fork American River Bridge Project
The South Fork American River Bridge Project is located on State Route (SR) 49 from post mile (PM) 23.66 to 24.42 in El Dorado County, within the communities of Coloma and Lotus. The purpose of the Project is to preserve integrity of highway facility and meet seismic standards by rehabilitating or replacing South Fork American River Bridge.
Alluvion is contracted with MCM construction to conduct nesting bird and bat monitoring for Project compliance. We also provide monitoring during vegetation removal and oversee compliance with the Streambed Alteration Agreement.
